deally, you'll bring:
• Experience within a Michelin Guide, AA Rosette or similarly ambitious hospitality environment
• WSET Level 2 or equivalent wine knowledge (or a willingness to achieve it with our support)
• Strong food, wine and cocktail knowledge, with a genuine curiosity to keep learning
• Proven experience leading, motivating and developing high-performing hospitality teams
• Natural warmth, confidence and professionalism, even under pressure
• Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail
• Strong commercial awareness, understanding how exceptional hospitality, genuine sales and guest relationships drive a successful business

What we offer

• Staff meals and excellent coffee

• Genuine opportunities to influence the future direction of the business and progress your career
• A supportive culture where your ideas are valued and your development is taken seriously
