Main and mandatory requirements:
(Shielded Metal) Arc Welding, TIG Welding, and MIG Welding skills
Experience in working with different materials
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Physical strength and stamina to perform welding tasks
